Roof and timber framed construction above an existing kitchen in Woodcroft. This provided an additional 3 rooms to the house without affecting the existing footings. A traditional block extension would not have been permitted in this case, due to the weight of the materials used.From start to finish, a straightforward project like this would take approximately three months.
